Being a vocal advocate on themes like disability and mental health in the workplace requires a huge load of determination and passion, since these are 2 of the toughest themes within the diversity and inclusion realm to tackle due to the persisting damage of stigma. I praise and admire her bravery and resilience for that.

Ashley demonstrates behaviors that show a willingness and strong desire to learn about UXW, such as sharing content she finds in and outside of work and asking questions about what makes it successful or a poor experience. Her instincts are spot-on, and she quickly catches on to design-thinking concepts.

Also, Ashley makes connections between customer support and L&D tactics to our design team, which we otherwise may not have thought of or utilized.

Ashley’s professionalism, collegiality, and confidence in her role have been evident in every interaction. She has a genuine curiosity for her work and possible intersections with other teams like mine. She is an effective communicator both in writing and verbally. I find myself learning from her at every turn.

Ashley was a really great, reliable partner on this project, and the work she did to build Podcast Support training was really innovative and game-changing. It was great work and it played a huge part in the success of that team's launch.
